3. For PSE diamonds, factory inspection is required; for the time being, domestic agents are all agents-the operation is more troublesome;
4. After passing the PSE diamond test and factory inspection, the issuing agency will issue a PSE diamond certificate;
5. PSE round: After passing the test by the domestic third-party laboratory, a draft report will be issued, and a formal report will be issued after confirmation.
