3. Equipment model technical specifications or technical manuals, circuit block diagrams or schematic diagrams and instructions for use;
4. Equipment color, a set of photos, clearly showing the application unit, equipment model, equipment serial number and equipment structure;
5. Foreign applicants provide copies of approved cases approved by foreign countries;
6. The handling unit, if it is an agency application unit, shall submit a power of attorney for the radio transmission equipment model and a copy of the "business license" of the agency application unit;
7. The "test report" issued by the Radio Regulatory Bureau for the approval of the equipment inspection within six months;
