What is CCC certification?
The full name of 3C certification is "China Compulsory Certification", the English name is China Compulsory Certification, and the English abbreviation is CCC. It is a product conformity assessment system implemented by the Chinese government in accordance with laws and regulations to protect consumers' personal safety and national security, strengthen product quality management. It should be noted that the 3C mark is not a quality mark, it is a basic safety certification. As the three-in-one "CCC" certification of National Safety Certification (CCEE), Import Safety Quality Licensing System (CCIB), and China Electromagnetic Compatibility Certification (EMC), it is an advanced international standard by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and CNCA Signs are of irreplaceable importance.
CCC certification information requirements
1. Business licenses and organization code certificates or three-in-one business licenses of applicants, manufacturers and production plants
2. Processing agreement (the manufacturer and the manufacturer do not need it at the same time, provide an OEM or ODM agreement, with the official seal of the manufacturer and the manufacturer)
3. When the applicant, manufacturer and manufacturer are not the same, provide authorization letter (applicant's seal)
4. Trademark registration certificate (if the customer requires the trademark to be reflected on the CCC certificate. Note: the graphic trademark cannot be represented by letters)
5. Certification application form (or product information form)
6. CCC certification application form (applicant's official seal is required)
7. The manufacturer's factory quality assurance capability statement (provided by Zhongke Inspection Technical Service)
8. Factory survey form (needed when applying for this category of CCC certification for the first time, stamped with the official seal of the manufacturer)
9. Altitude Climate Statement (Applicant's official seal is required)
10. Explanation of differences (the applicant's official seal is required)
11. Product nameplate
12. Circuit schematic
13. List of safety critical parts (WORD file)
14. List of key parts of electromagnetic compatibility (WORD file)
15. Product manual/product specification
16. CB certificate and CB report (if the application is required to transfer from CB to CCC, please note that if the list of components in the CB report is arbitrary, the supplier and model need to be clarified when applying for CCC)
17. If you have batteries, you need to provide battery specifications, battery schematics, 27 batteries (cells without protection circuits), 33 battery packs (including protection circuits) for random testing, and fill in the information required for testing in GB31241-2014
18. Transformer specification (if the transformer is not certified, random test is required, the specification should at least include: product appearance, cross-section, circuit diagram, structure diagram, winding diagram, and material list)
19. Change confirmation form (at the time of change)
20. Original certificate and report (when changed or derived)
21. ODM product consistency commitment (when derived, the official seal of the manufacturer and the manufacturer is stamped)
