The certification process is rigorous. During the application stage, the applicant should submit the "Application Form for Compulsory Product Certification" to the designated institution, along with information about the applicant and the manufacturer, product instructions, a list of key components, and other relevant materials.
Next comes the product type test. After the certification body reviews the materials, the applicant submits the samples to the designated laboratory. The laboratory conducts multiple tests such as overcharge protection, overdischarge protection and short-circuit protection. If there are any non-conformities, the applicant needs to rectify and retest. Only after passing the retest will a report be issued. Factory inspection is also indispensable. After the type test is qualified, the certification body reviews the enterprise's quality assurance capability and product consistency to ensure that the produced products are consistent with the samples submitted for inspection.
In the evaluation and approval stage of certification results, the certification body comprehensively considers the test and review results. If the requirements are met, a certificate will be issued; if not, rectification and re-evaluation are required. After obtaining the certification, the certification body will conduct regular or irregular supervision and inspection, including factory inspection and product sampling inspection. If an enterprise violates regulations or its products do not meet the standards, it will face corresponding penalties.
CCC certification provides a reliable guarantee for the quality and safety of electric shaver batteries. It is an important reference for consumers to choose safe products and also a necessary condition for enterprises' products to enter the market.
