Materials to be prepared for SRRC certification test application for wireless network receivers
1. "Application Form for Approval of Radio Transmission Equipment Models"; if there is an agency applying unit, a "Power of Attorney for Approval of Radio Transmission Equipment Models" shall also be submitted;

5. Submit a copy of the "Corporate Legal Person Business License" of the applying unit (including the agency applying unit);

1. After the "Radio Transmission Equipment Type Approval Inspection Report", submit the application materials for the "Radio Transmission Equipment Type Approval Certificate".
2. Download the "Application Form for Radio Transmission Equipment Model Approval" from the radio transmission equipment model approval website; the agency applying unit needs to download the "Authorization Letter for Approval of Radio Transmission Equipment Model" at the same time.
3. The application materials for type approval of radio transmission equipment must be provided in Chinese or English, and materials in other languages must be translated into Chinese or English (the translation unit/department should affix the official seal).
4. The applicant or agency applicant can apply online and wait patiently for the certificate after the submission of the documents is accepted. If the submitted information is unqualified, it will usually be returned soon, and it will take time to pay attention.
5. The administrative licensing decision shall be made within 20 working days from the date of accepting the application for model approval.
6. After the applicant has obtained the "Radio Transmission Equipment Type Approval Certificate" and its approval code, the manufacturer should indicate the radio transmission equipment type approval code (clearly visible during normal installation) on the approved equipment label. It is true that the equipment is too small. If the approval code cannot be marked on it, the model approval code of the device shall be posted in the product manual or user manual.
